We purchased the house fifteen years ago, and I have to say that it was a real combination of this superb location and also the size of the house that attracted us to it; with a growing family, it offered all the space we could possibly have wished for. We also loved the fact that it had been both extended and beautifully renovated by the previous owners so it was ready for us to simply move in and enjoy.
Apart from the beautiful house itself something else that attracted us to the property was the garden, which again is very spacious. During our time here we've redesigned it with family time and alfresco entertaining in mind and so it incorporates a good-size lawn as well as a designated covered seating area, which is a separate to the space at the back of the garden for entertaining and BBQs. The whole garden is fully fenced, so very safe and secure, and it's also very peaceful and private.
When we move it will be the homeliness of the house itself that we will miss the most.
