Follow sign to Warlingham and turn left at T junction and go into Warlingham on the one way system turn right going around the green and go straight on for another 0.2 of a mile you will come to a roundabout where you turn left signposted farleigh & chelsham.
Drive to Chelsham and just after the village sign folk right into chelsham common road.
Drive on for another 0.2 of a mile and the road name will change to church lane. Drive on until you pass Scotswall Lane on your left and carry on signposted farleigh and you will find our land on the right with two vg stakes in the ground to welcome you.
If you pass St. Leonards Church you have gone 100 yards too far.
