We have been spoilt by the flexible, spacious indoors and unique large south facing terrace, providing us with a quirky, relaxing home. There has also been plenty of space for our businesses; whether it be bookselling, poetry evenings, complementary therapies or airbnb.

We have enjoyed living here and it still feels that there is untapped potential.

There is a pre-planning application, with initial plans for conversion of the retail area into a flat. There is also an unexplored cellar.

We will be sad to leave here but feel we are moving into the next phase of our lives and look forward to having time to travel and to visit our large family.
