General Information

The windmill was built in 1750 in stone with walls over 1 metre thick on the site of an earlier wooden construction. It ceased operation as a mill early in the twentieth century and lay derelict until the 1950s when it was converted by the then owner into store with a viewing platform. The current owners purchased it in 2007 and converted it into residential accommodation in 2010.
