"I have lived here very happily for the last 10-years and cannot fault the area. In fact, it will be very hard to find somewhere else with such a fantastic sense of community and with the beach, parks and shops so close by. The flat is very peaceful for somewhere so central, and the sunsets never tire. I need somewhere with fewer steps now, but I will miss it here hugely."
