“The house has been really cleverly designed to take full advantage of the setting and it’s also a real Tardis. The ceiling in the main living room stretches right the way up to the top of the house, which enhances the sense of space no end, and the dining room is situated on a mezzanine level overlooking the living room so not only is there a nice sense of connection between each space, but both rooms enjoy the fabulous views. We also have four good-size bedrooms and down on the bottom level of the house are an additional four rooms that we don’t currently use, so there really is a tremendous amount of space. In terms of the interior design, it’s all very stylish and modern and in great condition so the new owners won’t need to do a thing, and we also have the added benefit of a really nice garden. It’s arranged over three levels, two of which are fully decked so we have a lovely place where we can sit out and soak in those fantastic views.”
“The house is lovely, but i’d say the location is the standout feature. I came here because i’m a competitive mountain runner and this place couldn’t be more perfect in terms of the great outdoors! We’re just five minutes from the entrance to the Brecon Beacons National Park, Bike Park Wales is also on our doorstep, they’re even building a new indoor ski centre on the other side of the valley. We’re also just half an hour from Waterfall Country, which is absolutely breath-taking, and we’re not too far from the coast so it’s a location where we’ve been able to enjoy the absolute best of everything.”

I currently work in London and it only takes an hour and forty minutes from Newport station, and at the end of the day I get to come home to all of this.”
