"This house has been the statement home in my family, everyone that comes into it is blown away from the moment they walk in and if I stayed I would extend my hallway even further to get more space. We have been here for 25 years and loved every moment of it, when the kids were young, they would be taking the bikes out of the side access and going to the park with their friends. The location is perfect for when the kids was at Ashmole, but it is in catchment for several other outstanding schools and private schools in the vicinity. Also, getting around couldn't be easier, Oakwood is literally the end of the road and Southgate is just a little further. If you drive the A406 and M25 is all nearby, I love my road and my location, it has been absolutely perfect for us and it is the perfect blend of London and suburban living. The road is prestigious and is well kept. I have never had a problem with our neighbours, next door has been a lovely elderly lady and now her daughter has moved in. Additionally, we are all a part of a WhatsApp group – we all look out for one another, and it is an incredible community feel. Unfortunately, the time has come for me to move on. My house is waiting for its new family to shower it much love, I assure you it will not disappoint!'
