The village’s Ridgeway ce Primary School is the nearest to Westcot and Ofsted-rated good. Nearby independent schools include St Hugh’s at Faringdon, Pinewood near Swindon and Abingdon School. A joint bus service runs from nearby Childrey to St Helen & St Katherine’s, Abingdon and Our Lady’s.

Throughout the seasons, this is picture-perfect walking, cycling and riding country with an endless choice of routes.
