When I was looking for my own flat in Hove I really wanted something that was a great space to live in but also a perfect place to entertain friends. With its large hatch between the kitchen and living room this flat was perfect. Even better it has a shared garden which has been the site of some great parties and barbecues with my friends and neighbours but is quiet enough to relax in at other times. The house is the perfect location, seconds from the sea and Hove lawns and at the other end of the road, all the restaurants and cafes of Hove. Moving away, I will really miss being able to run along the seafront, finishing with a dip in the sea and a very short walk home, but hopefully i'll be handing over the flat to people who will enjoy living here as much as I have.
