The land is situated on the western boundary of the village, The Narth in Monmouthshire. It is approximately 1.25 acres of pasture (species-rich hay meadow), in a triangular-type shape. It adjoins the parish road through the village, along the southwest boundary. It is largely flat with mature hedges on the boundaries with access via a five-bar gate at the southern corner.

Tenders to be received at the Agent’s Monmouth Office by 12 noon on 24th August 2023. Place your written tender in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for Land at The Narth” and either post or deliver by hand to the Agent’s office. They will not be opened before the closing date. If posting place your sealed offer bid in a separate envelope addressed to the Agent. Please phone later to check that it has been received. Email bids will not be considered as that will break confidentiality. Your bid should be your best offer expressed as a set amount. Bids with wording such a £100 more than best bid received, or similar, will not be considered. State whether your offer is cash or reliant on loan, and if you are able to proceed as soon as contracts can be prepared. The name and address of your solicitor if you have appointed one.
