24 acres of landscaped park roll gently down to the coast to the back waters known as St Osyth (Toosey) Creek part of the Black Water Estuary. Situated on the B1027 between the villages of Thorrington and historic St Osyth in the midst of the Essex countryside.

We have 320 plots all with their own garden space and parking. The site is a “sssi” because of its wildlife habitats including a salting, riverside and 3 lakes all of which have units surrounding or along them.
