established gardens to the front and back and backs onto open countryside and benefits from being re-roofed.

exposed beams and stud work and tiled flooring. The
kitchen is to one side with a well-fitted range of base and
wall mounted units, wall mounted ovens and inset

Roger’s Farm Cottage is approached through a five
bar gate and is well back from the road with a gravel
drive leading to the front of the house with an established front garden. The drive continues past the front of the house to a double garage with power connected. A gateway leads
to the rear garden where there is a large terrace with
brick barbecue to one side. The rear gardens are
interspersed by various trees and shrubs with delightful
open views to the rear, a garden shed and field gate
access back to the front drive.
