situation & location
The land adjoining Cwm Gwyn is situated on the bank overlooking the Afon Rhiwsaeson at the centre of the small hamlet of Pandy, approximately ¾ miles off the A470 and the village of Llanbrynmair.
On arriving at Llanbrynmair along the A470 from the south, turn right onto Pandy Road immediately after The Wynnstay Hotel, proceed on this road for ¾ mile, the land will be found on the right-hand side as indicated by our ‘For Sale Sign’.
