Ideally situated within a short walking distance of both University Campuses, The Coast and direct access to the Metro Line making it the ideal base for any student in the area.

This Premiere Studio comes fully prepared with a double bed, wardrobe units, book shelf, study area and desk with chair. All rooms are finished to a good, neutral standard, which are an ideal self-contained living space. The room also has shower room with toilet, hand basin and walk-in shower, a sink with draining board, 2 hobs, a fridge and a small microwave.

The unit has the added benefit of being situated at the rear of the building on the first floor and has no units above or below it.

Within the building itself there is a free gym, recreational room with pool table, large screen TV and onsite laundry facilities (payable by use) and a main entrance security system. Daily communal cleaners also maintain the building, included in the service charges.
