Directions from London:-
Proceed South on the A22 (or go around M25 to exit 6) and drive towards eastbourne until roundabout just after golden cross you change to the A271 going towards bexhill-on-sea. In the village of ninfield you turn left just before the garage and go on the B2095 towards catsfield. Drive for about 0.25 of a mile from the garage in Ninfield and you will find the land on your left with a small Lay-by to park your car.
