I really liked the location close to Poole Park, Parkstone and Sandbanks. I also like the fact that the block contained only 10 flats in total and had a more intimate feel which was predominantly owner occupied rather than rented. Finally, I thought the block was well maintained. There is the opportunity to arrange secure parking for guests on an ad hoc occasional basis.”
