Three Bedroom Terraced House For Sale

The property is located within Shephall, which offers a handy selection of local shops and businesses. Further amenities can be found in Stevenage Town Centre or Old Town. There is excellent access by road to London via the A1(M) Junction 7. Stevenage Train Station provides access to London Kings Cross in as little as 24 minutes.

Ricky's view - This home includes a driveway for comfortably two vehicles, utility room, ample storage and a 23 foot long living/diner. Patio doors lead on to the garden from the kitchen and other homes on the road have added French doors to the garden from the living/diner, ideal for keeping an eye on the children and for alfresco dining. Some houses on the road have changed the utility room to a downstairs shower room/wc proving conveniency for when guests are over. Ample off street parking prevents stress of finding a space when the weather is bad or when your hands are full. The property is within easy reach of fairlands valley and pleasant walkways, yet conveniently situated within easy reach of both Stevenage and Knebworth stations. A local parade of shops are within walking distance, whilst leisure facilities like the cinema, trampoline park and bowling alley are only a short drive away.

The Seller’s view - We’re lucky to have such kind neighbours, being set back from the road means we barely hear the cars, plus we're by the roundabout so people are only slowing down/speeding up. My kitchen is a great space to prep dinner, there is plenty of space for all appliances required. Both the kitchen and reception room have large windows allowing plenty of light, the living/diner is dual aspect so even in the winter can be bright and airy. The boiler only being installed a few years back provides once less expense and is services year in year out. Upstairs we have three great sized bedrooms, all have built in wardrobes and there's space for additional freestanding items if needs be. Our bathroom and toilet being separate has always been nice for when relaxing in the bath, however this can be knocked into one. The garden sees a lot of sun and is fairly private, being 24 foot plus some of my neighbours have extended or added a home office.
