The new playground on Daniels Road is a minute away. A 10 to 20 minute walk will take you to Telegraph Hill park, Peckham Rye Park, Goose Green and One Tree Hill Park. Dulwich Park, Hilly Fields and the Horniman are also walkable in 20 to 30 minutes.

Free on-street parking and Buchan Hall and its small sports field opposite mean that parking in front of the house has never been an issue.
4 minute walk to Nunhead station with direct trains to Victoria, Blackfriars, Farringdon, St Pancras, Blackheath, Dartford and Sevenoaks.
15 minute walk (or a very quick cycle) to Queens Road Peckham with direct trains to London Bridge and the London Overground.
19 minute walk (or a very quick cycle) to Brockley Station with direct trains to London Bridge and the London Overground.
