The Sellers View...
After several years of renting in shared houses since university, getting on the property ladder was a top priority for me. After an extensive search, I finally found Boulters Point. This apartment has been a real sanctuary for me as a first-time buyer. I purchased it in 2020 during the pandemic, and as a Single occupant preferred at the time, I was eager to find a place to call my own - a peaceful retreat from the demands of working in the nhs.

What initially drew me to this property was its cleanliness and spaciousness. Unlike other apartments I had viewed, which were lovely but quite compact, this one comfortably accommodates my large corner sofa. I also fell in love with the abundance of natural light streaming in through the impressive floor-to-ceiling windows - it’s a wonderful way to bring a touch of the outdoors inside.
The location is fantastic as well; it’s just a 15-minute walk to both the town centre and the train station - an enjoyable convenience I hadn’t experienced before.

Why I Love Living Here:
Maidenhead has a vibrant community atmosphere, complete with beautiful parks and a diverse selection of restaurants and cafes. The nearby River Thames adds a delightful backdrop for leisurely strolls. This area truly offers so much, and i’ve cherished every moment spent here.
While i’m sad to say goodbye to my apartment, i’m excited for the next chapter as I move in with my partner to create new memories. If you’re seeking a modern, convenient, and cosy home in Maidenhead, I invite you to come see it for yourself. I’m hopeful you’ll fall in love with it just as I have!

Stuart's Comments...
These apartments are excellent buys! The location is brilliant with everything so close, and they're only a few years old so come with the remainder of the 10 year builders warranty, and everything feels so new and modern as soon as you walk in. There's plenty of storage, which can be rare in newer builds, the main bedroom is a great size. Having the Juliet Balcony in the living room is a nice touch and adds to the lovely airy feeling. On top of that, no onward chain complications and via a lift... What's not to love!

Area Comments...
The train station is less than a mile away, or a 15 minute walk, and the main hub of the town centre is a gentle 5 minute stroll beyond that. Maidenhead is currently undergoing a vast regeneration project with plenty of bars, boutiques and supermarkets already in place, and thanks to the excellent communication links into London, it's fast becoming the commuter town of choice for people of all ages. Now part of the Elizabeth "Lizzy" underground line, and already offering train links direct to Paddington in under 20 minutes, as well as having access direct to the M4 just a couple of minutes away by car. Windsor, Ascot, Reading and the neighbouring villages & hamlets are all within easy reach, as well as a wealth of country side walks and the Thames Path snaking it's way throughout the local area as well.
