To one side of the reception hall is a really attractive living room with a dual aspect to the front and rear, log burner inset on a slate hearth and French doors out to the patio. Glazed double doors link the living room to the open-plan kitchen/family room.

The superb kitchen/family room is at the heart of the house. The kitchen has an excellent range of wall and base units, storage drawers, breakfast bar, under counter lighting, some integrated dishwasher, range cooker with extractor fan, double Belfast sink, space for an American style Fridge/freezer and a further set of French doors opening out to the garden. There is plenty of space for a dining table or sofa and chairs. Off the kitchen is a utility room with sink, base unit and plumbing for a washer/dryer.

The accommodation on the ground floor is completed by a dining room which is a flexible space and could be used a study or snug. There is a also a cloakroom/wc off the reception hall.

The spacious principal bedroom suite has an excellent dressing area with built-in wardrobes and there is an en suite shower room. There are three guest bedrooms on this floor (bedroom 2 has an en suite shower room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are served by the family bathroom which has a bath, free standing shower and wc.
