Brickworks Says
Lying halfway between Stoke Newington and Dalston, this neatly proportioned two-bedroom apartment incorporates industrial design to create a striking contemporary home.
Textural interest helps set the scene in the big open living space, pairing wooden flooring with a glossy-white kitchen. Built with practical living in mind, storage doesn’t pose a problem, with plenty of cupboard space in both bedrooms. Plus, the flat includes a utility space and an additional toilet, which was added by the current owners. Every room feels bright and fresh, for which you can thank the top-to-toe windows and minimalist decor. On the balcony outside, drink in the atmosphere of buzzing Dalston below.
Belgrade Road is a top spot for anyone wanting to tap into the delights of both Dalston and Stoke Newington. Each offers a distinctly different vibe, so whether you’re after worldwide flavours, after-hours drinks, or laid-back brunching and boutique browsing, you’re covered. And, of course, nearby Clissold Park and Hackney Downs are close by when you need a dose of green spaces.
The Owners Say
The building is extremely quiet and calm whilst being right in the thick of it. And thanks to the warehouse structure having very thick walls, you can’t hear the neighbours. It also means heating is very efficient.
It’s been a great place to call home but now it’s time for something different. We hope whoever moves in enjoys living here as much as we have.
