Owner Insight

"Having previously lived in Torquay, when we decided to return to live in the town we knew that we wanted to purchase a quality apartment in a convenient location and living on the coast a sea view was our dream. Easy access was also important. As soon as we visited The Vinery we knew that the development was ideal for us, it provided a spacious apartment in a beautifully presented building, within easy access of the harbourside, marina and the amenities of the town centre. It also offered us the sea view that we had been wishing for!

We have found there to be a good sense of community within The Vinery, with an active residents association and well attended social gatherings, with a book club and regular coffee mornings.

We shall miss everything that The Vinery offers us but feel sure that new owners will be warmly welcomed here and will enjoy the benefits of the development."
