Owners Comments...
This was our first house - It’s the place we got engaged, and which welcomed us home after we got married. We love the garden and have had more BBQs than we can remember, in summer and winter, with friends, family and our wonderful neighbours. It’s got everything you need - peace and quiet, lovely walks, local shops, and parks for kids. The quick access to the M4 and short walk to the park & ride really does make it the perfect location.
We hope the next owners enjoy this home as much as we have.
Dan & Neil Estate Agents’ comments...
This is the perfect home for a first time buyer or investor and is ready to move straight into with a boutique feel throughout. It is nicely tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac and ticks so many boxes for a two bedroom home. Inside you have a downstairs toilet, huge living room and then a fantastic kitchen/dining space to the back of the house which has a lovely finish and some great upgrades from the sellers. This room opens onto a nice garden that's a great size and south-west facing so plenty of sunshine to enjoy! Upstairs you've got two double bedrooms, both with fitted storage and a handy shower room in the main bedroom and your family bathroom in the middle.
The last house we had on this road sold really quickly so get in touch if you don't want to miss out!
Area Comments...
Three Mile Cross is great location, offering the best of both worlds here, with scenic countryside walks just moments away, it’s easy to forget that Reading town centre is only a few minutes down the road! The village itself boasts a range of local amenities and is home to popular schools, making it a great choice for families. Commuters will love the excellent transport links, including bus services like the Mereoak Park & Ride, as well as quick access to the A33 and Junction 11 of the M4. Plus, with Green Park Business District and its new train link nearby, getting to London has never been easier.
