In terms of vehicular access, the buyers will be able to use the existing driveway (as shown on the indicative plan as a blue line). At some stage the driveway north of the main access road be closed off and no further vehicular traffic (green line). At that point all movements must be via the main access road and on to the roundabout in our site, and then the new A36 roundabout (orange line).
