Why Buy This Home......
Flexibility defines this home, starting on the ground floor. The spacious reception room, designed as a dining or family room, is large enough to serve as the main living area if desired. French doors open onto a private rear garden—rarely found in new build developments. To the side, a generous patio provides the perfect space for outdoor seating, making it ideal for summer BBQs. A gated rear entrance offers convenient access to the driveway and front of the property.
The separate kitchen provides ample space for a small table and chairs, making it a great spot for casual meals. Many homeowners with this layout have opted to add a breakfast bar with stools, enhancing both functionality and style. There's plenty of room for all your essential appliances, along with a built-in double oven and gas cooker top.
On the first floor, the spacious second bedroom is currently used as a living room but could easily become a stunning master suite, a playroom, or a home office. The main family bathroom, tastefully tiled in neutral tones, is also located on this floor. The third double bedroom, ideal for guests or a teenager seeking their own space.
Designed with families in mind, the top floor features the true master bedroom with garden views and an ensuite bathroom. Another generous double bedroom on this floor ensures you can stay close to young children. With an additional shower room on this level, every bedroom in the house can enjoy its own bathroom.
Parking is hassle-free with a driveway for two cars plus community parking.
More about the location.....
For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. With some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.
Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston.
Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.
In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Barbers & Dominio Pizza and a 8000 sq ft Asda. At the end of April the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
