About this property

"Having lived here for 12 years, all of the decor has been done by us and in our style - colourful and relaxing - to compliment the original ceiling features and the original wooden floor. The stain-glass windows above the front door were designed and hand-made by my father. We've also worked on the garden to make it lush and green. It really bursts into live during the summer! The house has been our home for over a decade with it's lovely layout, catching afternoon and evening sun in the garden but since starting a family, we've decided to move to be closer to family."

Jasper Street is a quiet dead end residential road of terraced Victorian homes in one of the most desirable parts of Bristol. Located in the 'Chessels', just off Chessel Street in Bedminster, this house is within easy reach of all of the amenities of North Street, including The Tobacco Factory, the popular Souk Kitchen, The Malago as well as highly regarded cafes such as Burra, Albatross Cafe and Tin Can Coffee. Heading further north crossing the river from Southville, you're less than fifteen minutes from all Bristol City Centre has to offer. For those who work in the city, the commute by foot or bike is short and painless, with lovely views along the harbourside. The journey home after an evening in the city is also straightforward and advantageous on foot rather than negotiating city centre traffic. Over the river to the left in Wapping Wharf is the high-end development ‘The General’ with Michelin star restaurant: Paco Tapas. Beyond these is Bristol’s scenic harbourside with its boat trips and water-facing bars and restaurants. With this house being under 2 miles from Temple Meads - Bristol's main train station - and close to roads which can take you out of the city in either direction, the location of Jasper Street is certainly key to its popularity.

A well presented two bedroom home on Jasper Street in Bedminster. On entry, you are welcomed with stripped floorboards continuing throughout the ground floor. Immediately to the right is the light and airy living room with a bay window and a walkway through to the dining room. From here is access to the garden which as been laid to patio and raised flowerbeds. The fitted kitchen includes a combination of wall and base units and space for free standing appliances. Lastly, to the rear is a three-piece suite with shower over bath including stylish tiles. The first floor boasts two double bedrooms facing each side of the property, with the rear facing room enjoying the use of an additional study room or nursery.
