This house holds a very special place in our hearts as it's our first home together that has become a great first family home to us and our 2 boys. When we moved in in June 2021, we were completely new to the area but quickly were made to feel part of the community. We have fantastic neighbours who are all so friendly and really look out for each other.

The house itself has been the perfect space for starting our family. The open planned kitchen is an extremely versatile area, and the skylights and double patio doors make it lovely and light. We have spent many sunny Summer evenings in the garden enjoying BBQs, and making s'mores on the firepit on cold Winter nights.

There is plenty of green space on your doorstep for dog walking, and a new park round the corner has recently opened which is lovely to take a short walk to. The ice cream man also visits regularly! We love going to Dinton Country Park for a coffee and bike ride, and being within walking distance of the Showcase Cinema and Sainsburys is very handy.

We will be very sad to leave our first home, and hope that the next owners will love it as much as we have.

You have really easy access out the M4 motorway and you’re also walking distance to both Winnersh stations, giving convenience for commuters heading into London. This newer development has been really popular from the get go, especially with families moving to the area for the great local schools. It’s super convenient too, with local amenities just a short stroll away, including a Sainsbury’s close by. The area also has plenty of green space to enjoy, and there's a new children’s play park on the way, which is bound to be a big hit with the little ones.
