Seller's comments...
My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed our time living in this house, which we have extensively renovated and extended to suit our growing numbers. Now with the kids growing up are needs are changing and it's time to move on
The house itself benefits from flexible accommodation with the front of the house offering large rooms, dual aspect views and lots of natural light thanks to the two storey extension.
The rear of the house has again been extended with bi-fold doors out to our lovely sunny garden.
The location is fantastic and close to transport, amenities, as well as a park just a few minutes walk away.
We are sad to leave and will miss all our neighbours who we have developed great relationships with but it's time to let another family make this wonderful house their home.

A beautifully Extended Four-Bedroom Home on a Corner Plot in Southwold
Situated on a generous corner plot in the sought-after area of Southwold, and just a short walk from Southwold Primary School, this heavily extended and fully refurbished family home offers spacious and flexible living ideal for modern family life. The owner has completed a one and a half storey extension to the front of the home, alongside the single storey family room to the rear.
Inside, the property features a welcoming family lounge and a stylish 17ft kitchen/diner, perfect for both everyday use and entertaining. A real highlight is the 15ft family room to the rear, boasting bi-fold doors and Velux windows that flood the space with natural light and offers views over the private, enclosed garden—a rare find in this location.
The home comprises four good-sized bedrooms, including a spacious master with an en-suite shower room. There is also a guest W.C. On the ground floor, along with a practical utility room housing both a washing machine and tumble dryer, and benefitting from an additional W.C.
This is a superb opportunity to secure a beautifully updated home in a family-friendly location, combining privacy, space, and convenience.
