In the village there is a primary school (Good Ofsted rating at time of print, May 2025), village hall, St Andrews Church which is renowned for its old Norman archway and dates back to 1150, Ebenezer Chapel which dates back to 1833. There are nursey provisions provided by both The Willow On The Farm nursery (4 miles) and Ace Nursery in Chipping Norton. Hook Norton (3 miles) has a village shop, doctors, dentist surgery and vets. Wyatts farm shop less than a mile away is the nearest garden centre and coffee shop.

The larger shopping centres of Chipping Norton and Banbury offer more extensive day to day requirements with a wide variety of shops, public houses, schools and recreational and community centres and facilities.
