If you lived here...
Stepping into your new home, you’re welcomed by a light-filled entrance hallway where soft carpeting on the stairs and stylish herringbone flooring set a warm, elegant tone. A handy under-stairs cupboard provides practical storage, while daylight streams in, guiding you toward the heart of the home.
On the first floor, you’ll discover a stunning open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. A south-facing bay window floods the space with sunshine, highlighting the sophisticated built-in shelving and cabinetry. The kitchen is a standout with its sleek units, integrated appliances, and eye-catching green tiled splashback, all seamlessly tied together by the herringbone floor. To the rear, a generously sized double bedroom offers garden views, fitted wardrobes, and a soft, neutral palette that creates a calm, restful atmosphere. The beautifully finished bathroom on this floor features a bathtub with rainfall shower, brass fittings, a mirrored cabinet, and a window that invites in even more light, set against striking blue walls, metro tiles, and patterned flooring. A window on the stairwell leading to the top floor adds an extra wash of daylight to the upper levels.
On the second floor, the sunlit landing leads to a spacious double bedroom with large windows and built-in wardrobes, while an additional bright and adaptable room with two skylights and eaves storage offers potential as a nursery, home office, or relaxing retreat. Completing this level is a beautifully appointed bathroom with a walk-in shower, brass details, a skylight, and patterned tiles — blending comfort and character at every turn.
The location places you within easy reach of some of Walthamstow’s most loved spots. Just a short stroll brings you to Walthamstow Village, a charming pocket of cobbled streets lined with independent shops, cosy pubs, artisan bakeries, and some of the area’s best restaurants. It’s a perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon browsing boutiques, enjoying brunch, or meeting friends for drinks in one of the historic pubs. For something more eclectic, the colourful neon wonderland of God’s Own Junkyard is nearby, blending art, culture, and great coffee in a one-of-a-kind setting. Lloyd Park, with its open green spaces, playground, and the renowned William Morris Gallery, is also within walking distance — ideal for weekend strolls or family outings. And for a deeper escape into nature, the expansive Epping Forest offers miles of trails to explore and a welcome breath of fresh air.

A word from the owner.....
"We’ve loved our time at 66 Granville Road and will miss it dearly. We spent a large part of our time here renovating the property, adding a loft conversion and remodelling the downstairs to create an open plan living and kitchen area as well as bigger bathrooms and bedrooms. In fact everything in the property has been designed to be as spacious and functional as possible. Guests often comment how light and roomy it feels, especially for a Victorian terrace conversion. We are lucky to have some lovely neighbours and the street has a strong community spirit, with annual street parties, bookswaps etc. The location is absolutely perfect. A 10 minute walk down Hoe Street from Walthamstow Central, with bus connections to Stratford, Leyton or East/Central London at bottom of our street. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within a few minutes walk and we loved visiting our local coffee shop “Hucks” and pub “The Castle” for a morning or evening beverage. It is also a short walk up to Orford Road where you are spoilt for dinning and drink options. Since welcoming our daughter we have also appreciated being close to Wingfield Play Park, and there are plenty of great school and nursery options in the area."
