About this property
Beautifully presented detached five bedroom chalet bungalow, modernised throughout to provide flexible accommodation with level garden to the rear and substantial driveway parking to the front plus garaging. Offered with no onward chain.
This superb family home offers incredible flexibility within a large plot; the driveway has accommodated 12 cars in the past! So certainly more than enough for most families, and the garden to the rear is also large enough for extended family gatherings.
The driveway sits to the front of the property and extends down the side to a detached garage, where the front door can also be found tucked away.
Once inside, there are rooms on either side of the hallway. These two rooms offer immediate flexibility as they can be used as either reception rooms or bedrooms.
The hallway then opens up into the heart of the home; a superb open plan lounge/dining room with wide bi-folding doors onto the garden. There is plenty of space for both sofa's and lounge furniture as well as a substantial dining table, with wet underfloor heating extending throughout this space and into the kitchen.
The kitchen is a modern well planned space which ends in a large walk in larder/utility area with plenty of shelving for pantry items and space for a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen offers a range of drawer and cupboard storage, with feature plinth lighting in situ and space for white goods.
Accessible from the lounge is an exquisite master suite – a truly indulgent retreat that reflects the prestige of a principal bedroom. This substantial space features an elegant double bedroom, seamlessly connecting to a 12' x 9' bespoke dressing room, with an en suite shower room beyond, creating a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation.
Ascending to the first floor, the sense of luxury continues with two generously proportioned double bedrooms, each designed to offer an inviting blend of space and style. A contemporary shower room serves this level and discreet yet practical, abundant eaves storage has been thoughtfully incorporated to preserve the clean, elegant lines of the interiors.
If the internal accommodation is impressive; then the garden can equally hold it’s own! What a great space for dining, entertaining, relaxing or letting children play. With a spacious patio area extending away from the property plus a large lawn, with raised flower beds along one side and the garage, shed and “working area” to the other side. Both the garage and shed have light and power and could be used as workshops. Within the garden, attached to the property, is a discreet plant/boiler room, as well as housing the boiler there is a water softening unit in situ.

Just beyond, at the end of the road, is an area of open park land adjacent to the Village Hall whilst shops and services can be found at the other end of the road.
Lindford is a popular small semi rural village just into Hampshire famed for the River Wey running through it. The area has extensive surrounding countryside, of particular note is Broxhead Common Nature Reserve which is famous for its heather and wildlife (especially the nightjar). This area forms part of the Shipwrights Way where you can walk, cycle or ride to Bentley in the north or Portsmouth Dockyard in the south. The Shipwrights Ways also runs through Bordon Woods and borders the River Wey.
Local shops and services are available nearby, including a Social Club with function room and the superb Royal Exchange pub. The larger towns of Farnham, Alton and Petersfield offer high street shopping and main line rail connections, and are within a ten mile or so radius.
