Owner Insight
"When moving back to the area I had identified St Marychurch as an area of choice, particularly as everything that I require on a day-to-day basis is close at hand, and importantly is found on the level. I was struggling to find a suitable home...until I walked into this apartment. Initially it struck me as to how bright and spacious the property was, with all rooms having a good level of natural light, enjoying lovely views over the communal lawned gardens and the immediate access onto gardens was the icing on the cake.
I have absolutely loved my time living here but now feel that the time is right for me to make another move, although definitely looking to stay in the area due to the advantages that it offers me. I know that any new owner will be warmly welcomed to the development, and I feel sure that they will be very happy here too."
