If you lived here...
You’ll love the peace and quiet that comes with being surrounded by green space – it’s easy to see why the Aldersbrook Estate is so sought-after.
Inside, you’re welcomed by a spacious hallway with an abundance of storage to keep clutter at bay. Beyond, the reception room is ideal for relaxing, entertaining, and dining. Thanks to glazed double doors, the kitchen is bright and airy while still enjoying its own clearly defined space.
Upstairs, you’ll find two evenly balanced bedrooms – both with built-in storage – and a smart, contemporary bathroom.
As for what’s beyond your front door, the Aldersbrook neighbourhood is renowned for its rare blend of rural charm and proximity to central London. You’ve got Aldersbrook Riding School in one direction and the Bowls Club in the other.
To the north lies Wanstead Park, a much-loved community space and historic landmark, while to the south, you’ll find the Wanstead Flats – the southernmost tip of Epping Forest. Cleared of trees centuries ago, it’s now a vast, open space perfect for picnics, sports and exploring nature.

A word from the owner...
"I have lived in my home for 10 very happy years. The neighbours are all very friendly and have great community spirit. There are alot of local events run and organised by the residents. There is a great primary school 5 minutes walk away. We have an amazing forest just at the end of the road, with lakes, a river and a lovely tea hut. There is also a horse riding stables 5 minutes walk away, you will regularly see horses around the area. A all round great location that leaves you feeling like you live in the countryside but with all the benefits of living in London."
