If you lived here...

You’ll love just how much space this 1,033 square foot home offers — and with such clear scope to extend (subject to permissions), the possibilities are truly exciting.

Inside, the two generous reception rooms offer the ideal layout for modern family living. Original features like the fireplace alcove add warmth and character, while contemporary touches such as bespoke shutters and a vertical radiator bring style and practicality. The rear reception makes a perfect dining area, with views over the expansive, west-facing garden, which feels wonderfully secluded, with open, uninterrupted views. The kitchen also offers garden access, as well as smart units, sleek worktops, and a charming butler sink.

A word from the owners...

"The garden is incredible in the summer - the sun is on the back garden from 12pm until it goes down and you get the most amazing sunsets. We’ve had many a lovely day lounging in the sun! We’ve put a lot of love and thought into the work we’ve done on each room - and have really enjoyed our time here growing our little family. There’s a lot of parks and open space near by, perfect for our son and dog. We are also very close to Epping Forest. We enjoy spending time together at the Dog and Duck pub over the roundabout which does the best pizza! There’s lots of good schools and nurseries in the area - our son loves the one he goes to (Bright Stars nr Sainsburys). We’re also really close to lots of gyms - I swim at Bannatynes (2 mins from the house) - we also have two huge supermarkets - as well as being within close reach of Highams Park and everything Walthamstow has to offer. We’re fortunate to have really lovely neighbours, who are quiet, but also friendly and always stop to say hello. It’s a lovely area."
