Property Description

Entry is into a welcoming entrance hallway with space to hang coats and hats and a staircase with oak treads that leads to the first floor. To the right is a recently fitted and stylish cloakroom with WC, basin and column radiator. To the left is a sitting room with an attractive bay window overlooking the front of the property. There is a wood-burner with oak mantle and alcove with shelving. From the hallway is a door to the recently fitted kitchen diner. This room boasts: Stone tiled flooring, belfast sink, wooden work tops, oak frame detailing and glazing on two aspects making the room light and airy. The kitchen has built in tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge and space for a kitchen island if desired. The dining section has the space to fit a large 6-8 seater table and has french doors leading out into the conservatory. The conservatory overlooks the garden and has its own double doors out onto the patio for alfresco dining; just perfect for enjoying that morning coffee whilst the sun is out. There is also a utility room off the kitchen which offers additional storage solutions and could lend itself to having a home gym area. The utility has housing for a washing machine and tumble dryer, a sink and door out to the exterior.

On the first floor are three bedrooms, one with en-suite and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is a double but could accommodate a super-king bed. It has a double set of built in wardrobes and benefits from having an en-suite with shower, WC, basin and storage cupboards. Bedroom two is also a double with built in wardrobes and overlooks the rear gardens. Bedroom three also overlooks the rear garden, is a double and has space for a free-standing wardrobe and chest of drawers. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail. There is also an airing cupboard on this floor and the attic is fully boarded.

Garden

The foregarden to the property has mature planting and an area of lawn. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with two areas for al fresco dining: One nestled against the conservatory and the other at the far end of the garden looking back at the house. The garden is secure with paneled fencing ideal for children and/or pets and has a shed for the storage of garden equipment and a gazebo for sheltered moments of rest and relaxation. The garden backs onto a recreation ground belonging to the village for dog walking, access to sporting activities and for children to play.
