If you lived here...
With blonde hardwood floors underfoot, as soon as you step through the door flowing from the hallway and connecting to the open plan kitchen/ reception, you’ll love the bright, airy feel throughout this modern home. Move in and you'll quickly be dining and lounging with friends and family in your huge living area extending over 24 feet. Dual aspect windows illuminate the space and when night falls, spotlights provide a soft ambience.
The kitchen is just as impressive with its smart suite of white units housing seamlessly integrated appliances below matt grey countertops, all arranged in a convenient u-shape for easy cooking and entertaining.
Your balcony accessed beyond is a glorious, sheltered spot to unwind on and enjoy a sunset drink alone or with envious guests.
Your bathroom comes decked out in a shower over the bath with a deep blue feature wall for dramatic contrast with the pristine white suite.
There are two double bedrooms, both softly carpeted and filled with light from their large windows. The main bedroom also benefits from a fitted mirror-fronted wardrobe, ensuring you always look your best.
Outside, Hackney Downs Station on the Weaver Line is only 5-minute walk away, Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations are both easy walking distance too. Dalston Junction overground will speed you to Highbury & Islington in two stops for a quick swap to the Victoria line, putting the West End within half an hour door-to-door. Alternatively, Dalston Kingsland station will whisk you to the cutting-edge environs of Hackney Wick before planting you directly at Stratford for the Olympic Park, Westfield mega mall (the largest in Europe) and the Elizabeth line (which you can also access quickly via Whitechapel).

A word from the owners...
"We’ve really enjoyed living here for the past seven years. It’s such a convenient spot, everything you need is close by, and there’s always something going on. The Pembury Tavern across the road has become a bit of a favourite for pizza and a pint, and the Co-op downstairs has saved us more times than we can count. We love grabbing coffee at The Vincent, and there’s even a yoga studio just below the flat.
Mare Street is just around the corner with loads of cafés, restaurants, and a great M&S Foodhall. On weekends, we often walk to London Fields or Broadway Market, or head up to Clapton for a change of scene. Dalston’s also an easy walk if you’re in the mood to explore.
Getting around is simple, Hackney Downs is just over the road, and Hackney Central is a couple of minutes away. Both make it really easy to get into central London. If you’ve got kids, there are some great schools nearby, and we found the local community really welcoming when we became parents. Our son went to the nursery just across the road and we couldn’t have been happier with it."
