Description
Set towards the end of Occupation Road, an unpaved public road classified as a Byway Open to All Traffic (boat), this rectangular paddock is surrounded by other paddock land, and the River Welland crosses the byway some 100 yards beforehand. From Middleton, the Ashley Road heads north, it then forks left after approximately a third of a mile, and Occupation Road continues straight. At the start of Occupation Road there is a gated barrier, and the owners of this paddock are keyholders, with rights being transferred to the new owner.
