Comment From Oliver Weston Of Gascoigne Halman

Newly constructed in 2015 this brilliant property offers all the benefits one would hope to find in a modern home thanks to its great energy efficiency (EPC 81 B), impressive presentation and quality of finish. Along with its favourable position allowing for views over the green to the front, the added benefit for this home is its wider garden providing a lovely outdoor space to relax thanks to the landscaping efforts of the owners where there is a large patio area, lawn garden, bedding areas and shed storage.

Internally the home has been very well cared for by its sole owners and the ground floor offers a kitchen featuring integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer and dining area, a cloakroom toilet and to the rear a living room that benefits from garden access and plenty of natural light thanks to double glass doors and large windows.

The first floor houses the two spare bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobes and one single that could also serve as a home office if required, both of these bedrooms are served by the family bathroom.

The top floor comprises of the principal bedroom with velux windows bringing in natural light and a dressing area with storage connecting through to the en suite shower room.
With many features of merit and its high levels of presentation this property is sure to impress so for a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
