Owners Comments...
Our house holds a special place in our hearts; it's our first home and has been since 2010, where we've built a life together and raised our family. I love its perfect position, nestled between Reading and Wokingham. Being in the end of a friendly, quiet cul de sac with our own parking and garage has also been a massive bonus.
The proximity to commuter links makes daily travels easy, while the local green areas provide a perfect escape for family walks and outdoor activities. Plus, there's some great local schools in the area. We are lucky enough that our son attends Bohunt School Wokingham. This house isn't just our home; It has evolved over years to accommodate different stages in our lives, and we have made countless memories along the way. We have always felt safe in the local area and have enjoyed using the local amminatees, which have expanded over the years. I hope this place can bring other people the happiness we have had here.

This two-bedroom terraced home is something special – beautifully presented throughout and a real credit to the current owners. It’s one of those properties you can just move straight into – turnkey ready with a unique style and a superb finish.
Downstairs you’ll find a generously sized lounge/diner that’s been styled to perfection at the front and the kitchen to the rear of the property opening onto the garden. The rear garden has been fully landscaped, complete with a powered shed at the bottom (ideal for a workspace, hobby room or extra storage), and even extra power points in the garden – perfect for entertaining or a bit of al fresco working! There’s rear access too, bringing you neatly back around to the front.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, with the main bedroom featuring two double fitted wardrobes, plus a family bathroom set between them.
Outside, there's a garage and loads of driveway parking – which really sets this home apart.
If you're looking for something stylish, low maintenance, and ready to go – this one’s definitely worth a look!

Spencers Wood offers the best of both worlds – a peaceful semi-rural setting with quick and easy access to Reading and even London, making it a brilliant location for both families and commuters.
You’re spoiled for choice when it comes to local amenities. Just a short stroll from the property, you’ll find a Garden Centre and if you head a little further and you’ll reach Shinfield Village, home to even more useful spots including a post office, the new Lidl, local pubs and bus links into Reading and Wokingham town centres.
Spencers Wood itself has a lovely community feel, with a fantastic bakery, a village hall that now hosts a monthly farmers’ market, and plenty of green open space nearby. Langley Mead Nature Reserve is just around the corner and is ideal for walking, exploring, or letting the dog run free.
