If you lived here...

The reception room is full of natural light, thanks to twin windows dressed in smart plantation shutters, allowing for privacy without compromising on light. Original wood flooring and custom shelving in the alcoves add warmth and character, with a cast iron fireplace providing a striking focal point - you’ll love relaxing here in the cosy atmosphere when the nights draw in.
Next door, the second bedroom offers real flexibility—ideal as a nursery, home office, or occasional guest space. It features built-in shelving cleverly arranged around the natural wooden door, crisp white painted floorboards, and another natural wood plantation shuttered window overlooking the peaceful street below.
The main bedroom is a generous double with garden-framed views and two built-in original wooden cupboards tucked into the alcoves—both practical and full of character.
The bathroom combines clean white tiling with rich plum tones for a stylish contrast. A claw-foot tub with a wall-mounted rain shower brings vintage style and modern function together seamlessly, giving you the opportunity for long, luxurious soaks or a quick refresh.
In the kitchen/diner, cashmere shaker units and integrated appliances stretch along one side, balanced by engineered wood flooring and white countertops. There’s ample space to cook, eat, and enjoy.
A timber staircase leads down to a stunning stained-glass back door opening onto a peaceful, low-maintenance garden—patio and gravel combine to create a private spot for relaxing or dining outdoors.
With its blend of period features, smart design choices, and a peaceful private garden, this home offers both character and comfort in equal measure. Thoughtfully laid out and well-maintained, it’s a rare find in a sought-after location—ready to enjoy from day one.

A word from the owner....

"We have absolutely loved living here for over 4 years. The garden is an oasis in summer and amazing for a BBQ with friends and family. In the winter, the open fire makes the property truly something special, particularly when you have a big Christmas tree next to it! The street is so quiet, you can hardly believe you are in London, and the whole of the Queens Road / Boundary Road area is safe, peaceful and full of young families and professionals. Thomas Gamuel Park is brilliant for exercise and the brand new European pub has been an excellent addition to the local area. The property is also a very short walk to Walthamstow Village, and even better, on the way you pass Crumbs bakery which has some of the best pastries we've ever had!"
