Owners comments:

We’ve absolutely loved living here, and if it weren’t for the need to be closer to family, we wouldn’t be leaving. This classic Victorian home is solidly built, full of character, and has been a warm, welcoming space for us over the years. The dining room, with its original working fireplace, has truly been the heart of the house.

While the home is on a main road, which we were initially unsure about, you quickly get used to it, and the modern composite front door keeps things quiet inside. The mature trees out front offer a lovely sense of privacy while still allowing plenty of natural light in.

One of the best things about living here is the location: Just a 3-minute walk to Merstham Station, with trains to London Bridge in under 30 minutes and Victoria in about 35, ideal for commuting. The courtyard garden is small but easy to maintain, and the nearby surroundings more than make up for it, with stunning walks across the Surrey Hills in every direction.

We’ve felt a real sense of community here. The local non-league football club has a great atmosphere, the cricket club, just two minutes away, hosts regular events, and we often enjoy evening strolls to Reigate Hill Golf Club to catch the sunset. It’s a truly special place to live, and we’re going to miss it deeply.
