This house became our home in 2021. As first time buyers it offered us a house, a community, and unknowingly lots of memories to come. Moving from the Bracknell area to here, we moved from a busy town to a more semi rural setting which offered the peace and quiet we wanted but still kept us close to towns and family in easy reach such as Wokingham, Reading, Bracknell and Camberley.
With lots of green areas so nearby, we know who ever is the next lucky owner of our home will enjoy the outside living we have enjoyed. We'll be sad to leave Valon Road and it's lovely community but excited for the adventures it will bring the next owner.

Arborfield has seen some fantastic redevelopment in recent years, bringing with it a growing range of local amenities. There’s a handy Co-Op, a brand-new coffee shop, and more facilities on the way including a new Sainsbury superstore. It’s really well connected too with easy access into Wokingham, Reading, and nearby villages. You’re also just around the corner from the Surrey and Hampshire borders, and perfectly placed for both the M3 and M4 motorways.
