A word from the owner...

"i’ve absolutely loved living here for the past six years... A very quiet leafy road, perfectly positioned near my old haunts in Hackney & Clapton, but i’ve especially enjoyed becoming part of Waltham Forest and the unique neighbourhood vibe it offers. Kophi on Lea Bridge Road has been a brilliant addition, Pinch Deli, Patchworks (for amazing Neapolitan pizza), Blondies, Saffron Kitchen (iykyk!) ... Essentially you’re never more than five minutes from something delicious and that's before you even leave Lea Bridge. The transport links into town are excellent - 5 mins to either Stratford or Tottenham Hale. Kettlebaston Road has felt like home from day one. A perfect mix of calm, community, and connection to the rest of London."
