If you lived here...
A private entrance leads up to a bright, well-kept hallway where soft carpeting, a sense of openness and a graceful balustrade create a natural sense of flow. The landing connects to the reception room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/diner, with a built-in cupboard offering handy storage.
At the front of the home, the reception is spacious and full of character. Three large windows allow light to pour in, highlighting muted green walls, corniced ceilings, and a striking decorative fireplace framed by alcove cabinetry. This is a beautifully balanced and comfortable space for relaxing or entertaining. Just next door, the bedroom feels calm and inviting, with pale walls, natural wood flooring and a large window drawing in the light. There's a lovely blend of openness and intimacy here, with plenty of room to rest and recharge.
To the rear, the kitchen/diner is full of charm, with soft heritage cabinetry, a tiled splashback and two generous windows framing leafy views. There’s ample space for both cooking and dining, while a panelled radiator cover and warm finishes bring added texture. The bathroom, just off the hall, continues the thoughtful design—grey tiling and brushed brass details meet soft tones and a well-placed window, creating a harmonious and stylish retreat.
Upstairs, the loft room is bright, peaceful and well-sized, with skylights above and eaves storage to both sides. Step outside to find a sunlit garden paved for ease and enclosed for privacy—perfect for slow mornings or relaxed evenings.
The surrounding area offers an easy going mix of green spaces, local flavour and vibrant community spirit. Just moments from the door, Leyton Jubilee Park is ideal for a quick dose of nature, while nearby Walthamstow Marshes provide wide open skies and riverside trails. The Hare & Hounds, a much-loved local, serves up a relaxed pub atmosphere with a welcoming crowd. A little further on, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park offers landscaped gardens, cultural venues and sporting facilities, while Francis Road is a lively hub of independent shops, cafés and creative energy. Whether you’re after greenery, good coffee or a great pint, this pocket of East London has it all close to hand.

A word from the owner...
"We’ve absolutely loved our time on Seymour Road. It’s been a very happy home for us. If we weren’t relocating we’d be more than happy to stay! The flat itself has been a spacious and relaxing sanctuary as we’ve grown our family. Cosy and warm in the winter, airy and light filled in summer.
The neighbourhood and local community has been a real highlight. We’ve made great friends and have lovely neighbours. Having Jubilee Park, Walthamstow marshes and the Olympic Park in close proximity has provided the perfect balance between the bustle of East London, and green open space. There are some great local cafes, delis, and community spaces with more popping up all the time. And Lea Bridge is so well connected you can get into central London so easily."
