We have loved every minute of living in Worcestershire Lea, it’s such a quiet and safe estate with a great sense of community. It’s had a bit of everything for us such as a great selection of local pubs and restaurants, close to Bracknell town centre whilst still only being a few steps away from many local parks, woodland and nature. The house has many happy memories made in it, especially from the summer months where we have enjoyed the garden space with family and hosting friends. We will be sad to move on.

Worcestershire Lea is a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of amenities close by. It’s just a short walk to Westmorland Park, and Whitegrove Primary School is also nearby. You’ve got a Tesco Superstore right around the corner, which is where you’ll also find the local library and gp surgery.

This house is an ideal family home in Warfield, you enter the property into a hallway with a downstairs WC. The living room is a good size and opens into the dining room which allows light to come in from both sides of the house. The kitchen has lots of storage and off the kitchen is the utility room, there is also a garage off the utility room which has extra storage in the loft of the garage.
Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom with the master bedroom benefitting from an ensuite shower room.
