Charming Character Home with Exceptional Garden and Elegant Interiors

This beautifully appointed period residence blends timeless charm with refined, contemporary living. Immaculately presented throughout, the home exudes warmth and style from the moment you step inside.

The ground floor is anchored by a bright, elegantly proportioned living room featuring a stunning open fireplace—fully operational and offering a delightful focal point. Flowing seamlessly into the adjoining dining room—complete with its own character fireplace—this open layout creates an inviting space for both relaxed family evenings and stylish entertaining.

At the rear of the home, the country-style kitchen boasts a stable door and picturesque views of the plants on the side patio. The kitchen's design perfectly marries rustic elegance with modern convenience. Also located on the ground floor is the beautifully finished family bathroom, featuring a freestanding roll-top bath, classic white subway tiling, and a built-in airing cupboard—an effortlessly chic and calming retreat.

Upstairs, the accommodation continues to impress with two spacious double bedrooms, one of which benefits from a bespoke built-in wardrobe. A third versatile room, currently used as a study or nursery, showcases a striking exposed brick wall and an abundance of natural light—ideal as a home office, creative space, or additional bedroom.

The plot itself is a standout feature. The exquisite rear garden stretches over 100 feet in length and has been thoughtfully landscaped to offer a variety of tranquil zones. Two generous patios—one directly accessed from the kitchen and another privately nestled at the far end of the garden—provide perfect spaces for al fresco dining and relaxation. Surrounded by mature hedging and fencing, the garden enjoys exceptional privacy throughout.

A large summerhouse, fully equipped with power and lighting, offers endless possibilities—from a home studio or gym to a peaceful retreat. While a pedestrian right of way exists for two neighbouring properties, it is rarely used and does not compromise the serene and secluded feel of this remarkable outdoor space.

This is a truly enchanting home that offers character, comfort, and a touch of countryside luxury—an exceptional opportunity for those seeking refined living in a beautifully curated setting.
