Situation

Lot 1 enjoys access off the A350 onto a shared access freehold track which has been recently refenced. Lot 2 is accessed directly off West Street, opposite the village hall.

Services

Five water troughs on the land are connected to a separately metered mains water supply. Appropriate cross easements will be reserved for retained land and if sold in lots. An overhead electricity line crosses Lot 1 but is not presently connected.
