This lovely house is one of the best that we have seen. It has been improved to a high specification with many contemporary design features and now presents as a superb family home.
It is tucked in a tucked away position at Littledown with a huge and sunny rear terrace that has a high quality outdoor kitchen (with barbecue and smoker) on the right, space for a family sized table, separate space for sun loungers and in the centre (raised above the lawn) a hot-tub.
The lawned area is still a decent sized and then to the right is the barbecue smoke house.
You enter from the driveway through to a reception hallway with stairs to the right and ahead of you the open plan living area that has a large lounge area to the left, with remote control and a dining area adjacent to the one of the two sets of French doors that lead out onto the terrace.
An archway from here leads through to the kitchen which is 'L' shaped with the main area having its own window to the garden and then leading onto the utility room and double garage. There is a separate door here also back into the hallway.
The kitchen is fully fitted as you would expect with a good range of wall and base units. There is a sink by the window whilst cooking facilities are provided by a stainless steel 'range style' cooker with double oven and wide extractor over. There is an 'American style' fridge/freezer and of course an integrated dishwasher. The utility room has its own door and window to a rear access pathway and a work-top with space and plumbing under for a washing machine.
A further door from here leads to the integral double garage that has an electric double width front door to allow access for two cars but as you can see from the photos, it is currently set up as a home gymnasium.
Also in the hallway is a study/home office space partly utilising the under stairs space with window to the front and to the side of here is a ground floor cloakroom.
The landing is a good size with access to the four double bedrooms.
Bedroom one is like a suite utilising the over garage space with space for a double bed and then three walk-in wardrobes. There are windows to the front and side whilst on the left as you go in is the full en-suite shower room with corner shower, WC and basin: Check out the photos.
Bedrooms two and three have windows to the rear and both are of a good size whilst bedroom four has a window to the front and is still a double but obviously not as big as the others.
The family bathroom is at the rear between the bedrooms and is again a really good size with window to the rear and a four piece suite with bath, shower, and WC.
The garage has a personal door from the utility room as previously noted and then an electric roller door to the front. Currently it is used as a home gymnasium but can easily be used for one or two cars also.
The outside is where this lovely house really shines. The approach is to the right of a quiet cul-de-sac and there is a decent parking area to the front in front of the garage and lounge window. There is a path along the rear to the main garden which as mentioned earlier in this description, has been fantastically improved for contemporary outdoor living.
The kitchen area has a wide range of work surfaces with stainless steel storage lockers/storage cupboards under.
There is a sink, separate griddle/side burner and high quality barbecue along with a separate charcoal fired smoker.
The main patio area has space for a large table to one side and a sun-loungers and built in seating area to the other, with the hot-tub in between them.
The hot tub is a good size four at least four adults and has internal lighting and a thick, insulated cover for bot heat retention and safety.
Steps then lead down to the lawn, which even with the large terrace is still a very good size, and then to the right hand corner is the 'octagonal' barbecue smoke house that is of timber construction with a central charcoal barbecue with chimney over, that makes a fabulous communal/party space similar to a covered 'fire-pit' or even could possible be adapted to make a sauna.
Please be under no illusion as to the stunning quality of this house so book you viewing now to make sure that you do not miss this rare opportunity.
