We’ve loved living in this beautiful apartment for the last 4.5 years, which was our first home together, so will always hold a special place.
We love how spacious this apartment is, with beautiful views and stunning sunsets from the living room and bedrooms. We have enjoyed being able to relax on the balcony, and have loved waking up to seeing deer and other wildlife on the green. It’s in such a peaceful, quiet and perfect location.
We have enjoyed going on countryside walks just up the lane to Popes Meadow, Bluebell Woods and The Foxes Den Cafe. Binfield Village is only a short walk away, with great amenities and provides a lovely close-knit community feel. There are lots of community events held throughout the year.
Bracknell town centre is less than 10 minutes drive away, which has all the shops and restaurants you could need, and Wokingham is 10 minutes in the other direction. Both Bracknell and Wokingham train stations are nearby, making it quick and easy to travel in to London.
We know the next homeowners are going to love living here! We couldn’t have wished for a better first home!

The location is excellent as the position truly is the best of both worlds, you have great access to the A329M and M4, Budgens is less than a 5 minute walk away and is open 24 hours and then a short walk up Murrell Hill Lane will lead you either to Popes Meadow or into Binfield Village which has even more amenities.

This apartment is situated in a brilliant position in the development, there is nobody directly above you, and three of the walls are outside walls which gives the feeling of being detached. The property is built by Michael Shanly who is well known for high specification builds and Bryan Gardens is no exception. Internally both bedrooms are doubles with built in wardrobes and an ensuite to the master, there is a three piece family bathroom, a large hallway with storage and then the kitchen dining living room. The kitchen is to a shaker style, with quartz worktops and built in appliances. The balcony is west facing so is perfect for afternoon sunshine and has views over the communal garden and over the two allocated parking spaces.
