Brickworks Says
Tucked away on the ground floor of a handsome villa, this beautifully refurbished one-bedroom flat feels like a quiet sanctuary between two of north London's most beloved neighbourhoods, Crouch End and Muswell Hill.
Inside, the layout flows effortlessly, thanks to a carefully considered renovation that balances quality with a deep sense of calm. Nowhere is this more evident than in the kitchen and living space, where bespoke plywood cabinetry has been crafted with care and attention to detail. Discreet built-in storage keeps the split-level design feeling clean and uncluttered.
Out in the garden, a thoughtfully designed studio offers an impressive level of flexibility—ideal as a workspace, creative retreat, or guest hideaway—while still leaving plenty of room to enjoy the outdoor space itself.
Positioned on Priory Road, the flat is ideally placed for the cafés, shops, and restaurants of Crouch End, Hornsey and Muswell Hill, while Highgate is also within walking distance. Green spaces are in generous supply, and both overground and tube connections are within easy reach, making it as practical as it is peaceful.
The Owners Say
We really enjoy how quiet and calm the flat is, and living in such a green area. It's the best of both worlds—living in London but with a neighbourhood feel.
We also love having the three high streets of Crouch End, Hornsey and Muswell Hill nearby, where you can get everything you need without going into central London. As well as cool independent businesses, amazing local restaurants, plenty of green spaces and a lido—all in walking distance. All this has made such a big difference to our daily quality of life.
We have loved our time here and really enjoyed putting time and effort into the flat and garden to make it really special.
